At Alpha Xi Delta, we believe recruitment is all about making genuine connections and helping potential new members feel at home. Each year, we participate in West Virginia Wesleyan’s Panhellenic formal recruitment process in the Spring, where we get the chance to meet amazing women from across campus. We also extend continuous open bids in the fall semester.Through conversations, events, and activities, we share what Alpha Xi Delta means to us, while also learning about the passions and goals of each potential new member.We encourage anyone interested to register through Panhellenic and keep an open heart throughout the process. Whether it’s during formal recruitment or one of our other events throughout the year, we’re always excited to meet women who want to join a sisterhood that inspires them to realize their potential.

Since Alpha Xi Delta’s founding in 1893, we continue to enrich the lives of women throughout the world with by emphasizing the ideals our Founders instilled in our Fraternity: Sisterhood, leadership, knowledge and service to our communities.
