The Beta Sigma Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta is passionate about making a difference through both our national and local philanthropic efforts. The Kindly Hearts Initiative serves as the umbrella to our philanthropic focus of supporting children and teens experiencing foster care or homelessness.
Throughout the year, we host a variety of events to raise funds and awareness, including our signature Xi Saw, a 24-hour see-saw event, and Xi Man, a spirited men’s pageant. We also join chapters nationwide in AmaXing Challenge Events, combining creativity and community to make a meaningful impact.
In the 2024–2025 school year alone, we raised over $4,000 for our philanthropic partners and proudly earned the title of Penny Wars champions by raising more than any other Greek Life chapter.
Our commitment to service extends beyond our philanthropy. We actively participate in campus-wide Greek Life events, volunteer at the local clothing closet, and collaborate with other organizations to make a lasting difference. At Beta Sigma, service is more than an obligation; it’s a reflection of our values of courage, graciousness, and peace, and it’s one of the many ways we stand united as Sisters.
